list moderation/dropped posts

Hi Dana,

If this list is not " actively " moderated, there seems to be many

occasions of messages sent through the email gateway (not posted on

the site) that never appear on the list.

I can give you specific dates and times so that someone at can

check the logs, but this is a serious enough problem that now, when I

want to be sure something gets to the list, I have to post on the web

page. I know others have mentioned " lost " posts, which is why I see a

perceived misconception on the list that it is actively moderated.
