Yup, there's a lot of " political savior " fatigue in that comment. Trusting in

government officials to solve your problems is like wishing the moon to turn to

cheese. Our children will be recovered becuase of our efforts and grassroot

organizations. Not by what happens at the White House. Maybe that does sound a

bit snarky, sorry for that....

, don't take it to heart, they are just being sarcastic, don't worry

about it, my teenage daughter talks like this all the time and I just ignore

that kind of talk. (only difference here though is, your responder is not a

teenager?..huh, what's up with that).

What kind of a comment is that? You're coming off a bit snotty, maybe

you didn't mean it that way.

Hi,

I read your post and could feel the angst you have. This is a very personal decision. I hope the pro-lifers respect your request.

You have a difficult decision. My sister-in-law had a baby at 43 and she is very happy and healthy. Quite a handful for them. Unfortunately, they did not conceive another play mate for her. She is very cute and quite precocious.

As a social worker - used to be with Children's Services for the County, I had to do quite a few adoptions. Unfortunately, we only returned about 20% of the children on our caseload. I don't know if you had considered that as an option though. It is another possibility. And the couple who would receive your baby, well, you would have given them a miracle they could have no other way.

I imagine this is one of the toughest decisions you have had to make. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. You are in a very tough spot and I wish your the wisdom to make the decision that is best for all of your family.

Glowing,grace~
