Dominique, if you want to email me offlist -- or I can do it on -- I will

give you some delicious home-made yoghurt recipes from nuts or sunflower seeds.

Delicious and fast.

We also all changed our diet, and that worked. I also found that the fact

that I'm doing the same thing makes it easier for others to do. And it's only

ever been a blessing.

Soy is pretty much all genetically modified anyway, and way to high in

'protein'. And not as tasty as the nuts/seeds.

As far as bread goes, I just made up a great recipe for bread and fruitcake

(variation) for Christmas that's been a big hit. (from flax)

Thank you, I think I will have to change the family to gfcf. Karl is also

allergic to soy, and we have a hard time finding bread here (canada). BTW, do

you know of any cf - soy free yogurt?

The only kind we have found is called Ricera, made from rice. It's kind of hard

to find in

health food stores, I don't know why. It's kind of gray and gluey but it's sweet

and our kids

eat it. Maggie d.
