Guest guest
Biotin works very well to my son. I was influenced by Dana about using biotin. So, on top of caprylic acid, OLE, I start to add 5000mcg ( 5mg) biotin per day. Seems it did not give my son any irritation nor sensitivity and per his stool, looks like biotin helped him poop out more yeast ( greenish poop) Sincerely, Rei Branch Manager Network Funding, LP 6070 Gateway East, Suite 509 El Paso, TX 79905 Phone: 915-775-4669 Fax: 915-775-9916 Cell: 915-691-9072 Less in Debt. Guest guest
Where did you get your biotin? OLe is not for yeast, right? It is for bacteria, correct? Guest guest
We get biotin in whole food store. I basically use Dana's idea. I start to give my son from 5mg per day, I break them up 3 times per day. My son reacts to biotin pretty well, a lot smoother than other supp. Also, OLE is for cleaning up strep. My son has high strep counts, he is a PANDAS kid ( Pediatric Auto-Immune Neuro Dysfunction Associated with Strepococcus.)
