Guest guest
How would I know if I have caused a problem with that? Is there a test? Does ALA chelation (Andy's protocal) take care of that issue or is there another thing to do for that? When I read about that it was like someone hit the nail on the head. We would have spinach 3x day while I was pregnant and through his 1st 4 years of life. > > > > > From: danasview <danasview@...> > > > Subject: [ ] Re: High oxalate food: > Spinach - is it okay? > > > > > > Date: Sunday, December 28, 2008, 10:39 AM > > > > > > > > > > > We still have not done the OAT test but my > kiddo eats > > > a full bag of > > > > baby spinach everyday.
