Carnitine can help with this.

I used high dose vitamin A protocol, vitamin C, lysine, OLE, and

Virastop to eliminate viruses.

Very recently, we began feeding my youngest son egg whites to address

this issue. It has helped. The protein in egg whites is 98% usable

by the human body.

Sea salt has also helped with these types of issues. They were gone

for a long time and recently resurfaced, in part because all the stuff

we are doing has spurred a growth spurt in my now adult sons.

Previously, the main thing we did for them was sea salt. But he

really needs the protein right now to support muscle growth.
