Very recently, we began feeding my youngest son egg whites to address this issue. It has helped. The protein in egg whites is 98% usable by the human body. Sea salt has also helped with these types of issues. They were gone for a long time and recently resurfaced, in part because all the stuff we are doing has spurred a growth spurt in my now adult sons. Previously, the main thing we did for them was sea salt. But he really needs the protein right now to support muscle growth.
