Guest guest
Hello, It has been a while since I posted something but I do read on a daily basis. Since october, Matthias(12) is getting VIRASTOP and when I first started using this, I saw a small rash (close to the anus) and on his buttocks with clear gains. I had to up doses quickly to about 20 a day to see rashes and gains but my company ran out of Virastop so I'll have to wait, instead I ordered lysine and vitamin C so I could continue the anti-viral treatment. For the moment he is on 4 x 1000 mg lysine and 4 x 500 mg vitamine C and I see a small rash on his buttocks and some redness in his mouth, doesn't want to brush his teeth anymore ! His weight is 37 kg, can I savely increase the dosage of l-lysine and vitamin C, I read somewhere that I can only use 100 mg/kg ? I also know that PRX 60 is the stronger brother of Virastop but THERAMEDIX doesn't react to an order of mine, don't know where I can buy it elsewhere in the UK, France ?? Any thoughts ont this ? I am on the biomedical pathway (together with my DAN) for 1,5 year now and I am very pleased with the results so far, viral issues are also a big thing for my child altough my DAN suspects he is no true viral kid. He has a lot of viral signs : low muscle tone (problems with knifes for cutting and with swimming/gymnastics), receptive and expressive language delays, continuing problems with the gut despite of all my efforts, social problems, ear sensitivity(loud noises), sensitivity with mouth (hot drinks stay too hot for him, even after waiting 5 minutes). I really want to give Valtrex a try because I suspect that he could benefit from it but I need the prescription from my DAN. OLE does not work for him. Matthias regressed at age 18 months after MMR-shot so I suppose all viral signs are there, the only thing I have to do is convincing my DAN. I would appreciate all answers that could be of any help, thanks a lot everyone ! Warm regards Ann

Might have been virus coming out, might have been yeast overgrowth. Viral die off tends to cause a LOT of yeast. >>instead I ordered lysine and vitamin C so I could continue the > anti-viral treatment. The lysine dose is for adults. I don't know of anyone who has given that much vitamin C, but it worked wonderfully for my son. The vitamin C required carnitine for proper absorption. This protocol caused a LOT of yeast for my son. He was approx 70 pounds at the time. > Matthias regressed at age 18 months after MMR-shot You might also consider high dose vitamin A protocol, which worked very well for my son http://www.danasview.net/vitamina.htm Dana
Guest guest
Hi Dana, Thanks for your quick reply, yes it did look like the picture but not so huge, rash was minor but I suppose I could get this when I up the doses. I will up his doses gradually and see what I am getting, he seems to be rather anxious lately also, probably due to viral die off. He also likes to hug and to cuddle me a lot, also when I am outdoors with him, in a restaurant or a shop, rather embarrassing sometimes. The last months he is also picking his nails a lot and he cuts them all by himself without ever teaching him who to do it, other things I have to repeat frequently before he gets the clue but not that ! Are these OCD signs or yeast signs ? Thanks once again, you are a GREAT HELP FOR A BELGIAN MOTHER who is on the viral path !
