Thanks Dana.

What dose of OLE for 45lb boy? (other posts mentioned 500mg; starting once per

day and building up to 3 times per day)

How many times per day?

Do you start with small dose and build up?

Should this be taken with food and away from probiotics?

Thanks

Sandi

possible on the subject and or a health professional with experience

in this area (Australia). What info I do have suggests a course of

antibiotics and/or OLE and removing probiotics with strep strains.

Yes. I eliminated strep here with OLE. And avoid probiotics

containing strep strains.

I started my kids with 250mg. Your child is smaller, so you might

want to start with 100mg. Increase as required.

I started 1x per day, worked up to 3x per day.

I did.

It does not matter if it is taken with or without food. Definitely at

least 2 hours apart from probiotics.

Watch for yeast overgrowth.
