Guest guest
I have been researching this, the best place to get vitamin D from, is the sun. Next best is a supplement, D3 not D2, it is theorized that D2 may interfere with the absorption of D3. Guest guest
Vitamin D is usually short for Vitamin D3. Cholecalciferol is the scientific name. The ingredients list should say so.
