I have been researching this, the best place to get vitamin D from, is the sun.

Next best is a supplement, D3 not D2, it is theorized that D2 may interfere with

the absorption of D3. This is a very interesting link to watch his one hour

video, very long, but worthwhile.

Vitamin D is usually short for Vitamin D3. Cholecalciferol is the

scientific name. The ingredients list should say so.
