Guest guest
My husband and I both have a sensitivity to B complex--shakes, sometimes a rash, and I feel like my heart is about to leap out of my chest when I take B complex supps. It is no wonder my son is also sensitive. We have been advised to start B12 & Folinic acid shots but I think the culprit may be B6. Anyone have experiences with the pills vs shots?
