Guest guest
I researched quite a bit into milk because my digestive system went into a downspin on milk. I evetually switched to goat's to cow's milk after reading 'The Devil in the Milk'. There is mounting evdience that A1 milk from black and white Holstein cows is linked with Western diseases. There is a current research project underway examining a possible link between autism and A1 gene milk versus the more traditional milk A2 (guernsey, sheep, goat, camel and breast and the brown cows found in France and Switzerland) Here's a blurb on it. Over the years the farming industry have switched to A1 milk as these cows are big hulking animals and produce many more liters of milk. They are in other words, commercially more viable. http://www.fabresearch.org/view_item.aspx?item_id=1169 & list_id=list1-499 & list_in\ dex=10 If you are interested in purchasing the book, it would be nice if you could do it via the Fab reserach website. Any links into the Amazon site from this site will be added to sorely needed research funds for omega 3 research.
