I suggest you look at www.danasview.net. She has a great list of

supplements and their purposes. I don't know about the brands, but I

don't think it matters very much. I do think it is best to buy

supplements with minimal fillers. I do this by buying liquid

minerals, powders, and vegetarian capsules.

Perhaps some of the hardest for me to find were the soy-free Vitamin

A, E, and Choline/Serine supplements. The following contain no soy:

Jarrow Toco-Sorb - contains mixed tocotrienols and vitamin E 60mg.

Jarrow Citicoline - CDP Choline, a choline precurser 250mg

Solgar Natural Vitamin E - dry E - 200IU

Solgar Natural Vitamin A - softgels (with safflower oil) - 10000 IU

Napa Valley Naturals Grapeseed oil has 46% RDA Vitamin E. I have two

bottles, one for massages and chapped lips and the other for cooking.

Thank you for the soy free supplement suggestions! I have had such

headaches over this. My son is allergic to soy: rash and vomiting. He

spent Christmas day last year in the hospital because of a soy

reaction! I have spent so long trying to get him on proper supps for

AC chelation, only to have him have a soy reaction. THANK YOU!!!
