Our DAN! told us our 2.5 (36lbs) year old can safely takeup to 200

billion cfus a day which he does. I got up to that dose very slowly

over a couple of months. My 9 month old also takes 20 billion every

day. It has helped us SO MUCH with yeast control and such.

Thank you. Is it true you cant give enzymes and zinc together??

give it from enzymes. I read somewhere 4 hrs apart? I also bought Tumeric. I

imagine I should also keep that away from the Probiotics?? Cause it will kill

the good bacteria??

I never heard before that it is better to give enzymes and zinc seperately. But

I do know that the zinc is helping my son (hairetests show this) and I also know

that the enzymes do their work perfectly.(stooltests proof that)

So for us there is no problem with giving the two at the same time.

====>Us either, no problem with giving everything, including zinc and calcium

together. In fact, I was taught it was preferable, giving the body everything

it needs at once, if possible. And despite separate supplementation, kids with

zinc continue to have problems getting it in, regardless of the separation, not

thinking the zinc problem is related to what you give with it but rather a

problem with the uptake of zinc, alone. The body is used to getting everything

at once in foods and somehow manages to get everything where it needs to go.
