Guest guest
This test is dangerous (because of the high single dose) and not particularly useful. Consider a DDI hair elements test with counting rules applied instead. Guest guest
If you want to see what is coming out with a chelating agent. Follow Andy's low dose, frequent protocol for 72 hours and take a urine sample after 24 hours. It will show you what's in there and isn't dangerous like the high dose challenge protocol. > > This test is dangerous (because of the high single dose) and not particularly useful. S S Urine challenge test Posted by: " priscillasohsh " priscillasohsh@... priscillasohsh Sat Apr 4, 2009 6:09 am (PDT) My doctor wants to do a urine challenge test for my son before letting us start chelation and I am NOT letting him do so. *Good! Since he wants to do a challenge he probably doesn't understand proper dosing. Make sure you follow Andy's protocol. where can I find some info. to send to him on why urine test is dangerous? Guest guest
You'll find it under this section. Tell your doctor you have spoken to other parents who challenged tested and their kids went nuts on the high doseage. Tell him you would much rather look at and use results that capture the doseage and frequency of what a standard round would entail. If he says that high dose challenges do not cause metals to redistribute to the brain, ask him to see the studies that prove otherwise. http://home.earthlink.net/~moriam/ANDY_INDEX.html DETERMINING MERCURY TOXICITY (general) From: Shepard Salzer <_Shepard@...> Subject: [ ] Re: Urine challenge test autism treatment Date: Saturday, April 4, 2009, 1:17 PM Comments interspersed.
