Guest guest
Good Questions .... and if you don't mind, I would like to tack on another question, is anyone using GSE tablets and are they as effective as the liquid? From: mywonderbaby <mywonderbaby@...> Subject: [ ] Administering GSE -- need advice Date: Monday, December 29, 2008, 7:30 PM I will be starting GSE with my 2 yr old tomorrow. I am planning for one drop in the morning and 1 drop in the evening. He also gets enzymes(NOFENOL, Zyme) and probiotics mixed with his meal. When should I give GSE? 45 mins before his meal or 45 mins after his meals? Also can probiotics and enzymes be given together. What is a good protocol for maximum benefit? What about activated charcoal. Is it okay if I give it once in a while because I read that charcoal absorbs the supplements we give. I have used both tablets and liquid. In my experience, the liquid is more potent than the tablets. Dana

Keep it apart from the probiotics. Based on this schedule, I think I would give it an hour [or more] before the meal that includes probiotics. > Also can probiotics and enzymes be given together. What is a good > protocol for maximum benefit? Most of them, yes. Certain enzymes will compromise certain probiotics tho. Check with your enzyme supplier. > What about activated charcoal. It can be good for absorbing yeast die off toxins, so you can give it 45 minutes after your anti-fungal, if you want. Dana
