Guest guest
Andy said on this one time that you would take the same amount of minerals. I think the idea came about to sauna while on round. You would not want to sauna during the off round break time because that is when you are building minerals back up. Andy said that four rounds of sauna in a day for three days would equal chelation with ala I believe...this is in one of his books or on onibasu, I can't remember. I haven't tried to do both sauna and chelators. I know that I just take the same Andy cutler recommended supplements my son took with chelation prior to myself getting into the sauna and it works great for me. I used to not be able to sweat, but it was when I did the high dose vitamin C, something broke loose and now I do sweat fantastically in the sauna. It took me a year of saunaing before I sweat though. They say you aren't supposed to sauna if you don't sweat. I wish I would have done the high dose vitamin c much earlier, as I can't sweat without 1 or 2 g of vitamin c first. You could search the onibasu.com files under sauna. If it was me, I would start the same minerals andy recommends and do sauna rounds while on round with chelators. I would love to hear updates on how this works. I take Vit C, calcium, magnesium, vit E, selenium, cod liver oil, and milk thistle every time I sauna. I also usually would take candex, probiotics or a yeast fighter like uva ursi when I am trying to detox to control yeast.
Guest guest
This is an imprecise rendition of what I have to say. You can find more detail in my book Hair Test Interpretation: Finding Hidden Toxicities www.noamalgam.com/hairtestbook.html Always take the same amount of minerals, regardless of chelating or not, sauna or not. Sauna is not comparable to ALA. ALA clears the brain and organs, sauna does not. Sauna clears the bloodstream only - similar to DMPS and DMSA. Guest guest
What type of sauna is used? Is it the same sauna that you find in Health Club? If it is a special sauna, where do you find one?
