Lecithin-for choline content

Hi all,

went to my naturopathic store today and asked for a choline supplement,

I was given Lecithin, as they don't stock choline. Anyway, can anyone

guide me on how much I should be giving ds. It says 1.2g of Lecithin

per tablet. I've never given ds choline before and wanting to see if it

will help him out, any ideas on how much/how often I should be giving

it?..these are liquid capsules so will have to be syringed as he won't

have it any other way.

Any help with this?
