Dear All,

 

There are few serious concerns for your observation and consideration:

 

The ORWs who have been working at ICTC center of A & B Category districts till

December 2009 for facilitating the screening and linking them to Other service

provisions now are jobless just because of timeless delay in finalizing the fund

flow strategy by ILFS for the same initiative.

In these four months so many children would have served but can't help it due to

this delay.

 

In many state like Rajasthan NO ONE is GIPA Coordinator over SACS after having a

well designed 5 pages Policy Document. Is it really going to help the concerns

of GIPA Coordinators at state level.

NACO the apex body for HIV affairs declared for TRG and ITPC has requested to

appoint Dr Toku in TRG but so far there is no response from NACO.

 

In reference to the annual action plan, 10 Comprehensive Care Home for

Children's to be opened but  not a single one in north India.
