Thank you for your input . I'm gathering that the reason for the

every 3 hours round the clock is that the ala pulls metals then loses its

potency and then the mercury (as an example) just moves instead of coming out

and

being excreted?

How -- exactly -- does that excretion work? Is it necessary to drink a lot

of water? I haven't read anyone mention that.
