Dear FORUM,

/message/11313

It may be that in the case of NACO 'no information' and 'ill-information' are

part of information!

After all, has not this been the hallmark of NACO's IEC

programmes over the past pahses of the NACP?

Is it possible that this is why the Information Officer does not provide the

information or by a clever choice of words ill-informs!

With regards,

Sundar

Although, there are two more replies for point no.4 and point no7 yet to get

from NACO!

Thanking you,

In solidarity,
