On other hand our Judicial and Administrative system is so cumbersome that people will not get justice in their life time. After all, has not this been the hallmark of NACO's IEC programmes over the past pahses of the NACP? Is it possible that this is why the Information Officer does not provide the information or by a clever choice of words ill-informs!
