Guest guest
We are on round 5 of DMSA chelation. Today, my 3 year old came over to me and kissed me and said " I love you Mommy. " My heart stopped. I feel like I have waited forever to hear that from him! He rarely makes sentences except to ask for something, like " give me " or " I want " . I know that Andy says DMSA doesn't cross the BBB, but DMSA must be doing something for him. Love is an abstract, difficult concept. I hope when we add in ALA, we get even more of this. We are waiting on ALA because we gave him Cell Food up until the end of August, and we are worried as to what was in there. So we figure a few more rounds of DMSA to clear out the body a bit more, and then we will do the ALA. But I just had to share this. I tell him I love him several times a day. I just never know if it is getting through to him. Perhaps more is going in than I realize in terms of abstract concepts. Irene
