Charcoal will absorb everything. Given alone and separate by two hours.

Hi,

Does activated charcoal need to be taken 2 hours away from everything? By

this I mean is it ok to give it after a chelator to help move the metals, or

does it negate the effectiveness of the chelator? I haven't given my son any

charcoal yet, but I want to. We finished our seond round of oral dmsa.

Also, should it be given just once/day? Can it be taken WITH anything?

Yes can be taken with other things... My son suffers some bad gas

pain...due to detox symptoms and as soon as he is upset and crying to

let me know..I get out the activated charcoal and add it to some

applesauce to give to him.. It is awesome because it absorbs the

toxins to be excreted.. It is like a sponge for toxins..

45 minutes after anti-fungals, to absorb toxins. At least 2 hours

apart from everything else, because it absorbs pretty much everything.
