Dear Dr. Rewari Sir,

Thank you for sending a copy of the Current Guidelines for ART for Children.

I have a six year old female child on ARV (as per these guidelines for last four

years), now she is showing signs of clinical, virological and immunological

failure. The resistance test (on the advise of a senior HIV specialist from

Mumbai--Dr.Saple) confirmed resistance to NNRTI's and we have to start PI's

alongwith NRTI

Can you guide?? What doses and what and from where---her weight is 25 kgs.
