Dear Forum,

Orissa State Government had started Pension Scheme for People Living with

HIV/AIDS much before.

This scheme is named in the name of an oriya legend " Madhu Babu " as Madhubabu

Pension Scheme. Under this Scheme individual PLHIV is getting Rs.200/- p.m. as

a financial assistant in continuing the ARV treatment from ARTC.
