Is Threelac a good anti-yeast protocol?

After deciding not to use prescription anti-yeast protocol aka The

Antifungal Parade, I am back to square one trying to research for a

good anti-yeast protocol.

How is Threelac? Is it good? Is it safe to use? How long to use it?

We are now doing probiotics, GSE and biotin but would like to add

more. Should I go ahead with Enhansa, Caprylic acid, etc?
