My son [ASD - 3yrs old] has an obsessive issue on liking metal, How can I stop him of doing that, I keep saying " no mouth " but looks like he NEEDS to put " something " metal in his mouth, I must control this or fix this....he gets sick very often b/c of getting germs and virus!!. He came out " surprisely " low in iron so he has been taking iron supplement for 3 weeks already and this " liking metal issue " is not getting any better....what else can possible be?!! please HELP!!!!!!
