You crack me up!

[ ] Anita-

Girls, Girls.......Men are definitely not worth it. They are all dirty,

snarling, lying,

no good CURS.

That is why I prefer women....

'Hope you do go to your sister's--. Will be safer there.

Where is your sister- Kansas? Again, good luck.

We will be getting some rain-- we are close to the coast of Cape Cod--- but, it will moving in further inland (west).

Tomorrow night- high winds- and rain Friday morning.

Take care. By the way, I lived in Wichita , for about 6 months - 1982... It was a nice expierence. Although, first day we arrived tornado warning, I was nervous.

As, we were traveling in a car-- I asked people at gas stations what to do, told us to get low, along the road, or in gutters. Never saw a tornado, thank God.

Let us know when you return. Take care- Love, Gaynel

Thank you Anita, your so helpful! I'm pretty sure i learned about

keeping the enzymes away from zinc through you. I will look into this

book. My son is " on the edge of enough zinc " also.
