I do agree with Gefforey , NACO or SACS can not fulfill there duty

until on all post are reserve for PLWHAs.

People who are working at moment are not worry about thier duty but

they fight and missuse thier power for own benifit.

I am saying this as I was part of DSACS and NACO and have seen very

closly.

It's no more National AIDS Control Organisation or State AIDS Control Society

but you may call it National AIDS Corruption Organisation or State AIDS

Corruption Society.

I have filed trice RTI to DSACS , but always got misleading answer and once

they send me just blank envolpe.

More than that since Nov 2007 they are taking advice from lawyer to

file case against me as I have stand for PLWHA and raised voice

against commision system for IEC, training and project scheme.

All staffs who are working in NACO and SACS should disclose details of the

property they own every year. This details itself will be enough to proof how

Money which should use for control disease is reaching somewhere else.

All who use to visit DSACS specially PLWHAs and counsellors are

witness of all crouption in NACO and SACS.

Hope this mail will, open eye of govts. Official who are honest to stop this

SCAM.
