Guest guest
Don't know much about Virastop, but lysine has been working for my DD. She's a viral kid and we recently started giving her lysine (250 mg)in the morning and each time she was asleep within 5 to 6 hours. Scared me to death because she doesn't takes naps. She is also a night owl. I googled it and found lysine helps with sleep. So now, we now give it to her at night and she's asleep by 10:30 p.m. That's 1 - 2 hours earlier than *normal*. She weighs about 60 lbs. > > > So say we have been doing lysine for 6 days now with no adverse > > reaction (aside from cramps on the first day), should I increase the > > dosage?
