Hi Listmates

I'm hoping someone has a good solution to this dilemma. My 54 year old

Aunt works as a health care aide in an Alzheimers unit here in Canada.

Every year they push the flu shot. Well this year, they've told her

that she either gets the shot or if at any point there is a flu

outbreak on the unit, she will be forced to stay home without pay.

This hits her where it hurts as she is a widow with a mortgage. Any

thoughts on how she could go about protecting herself?
