Dear Forum,

On Monday (Dated 14/09/09) i visited to ICTC center Civil Hospital

Gurgao(Haryana State).

The ICTC center was Locked from last four days because they were having

a campaign of Polio Drops. Patients &  Staffs of Hospital told me aomw od the

facts of this ICTC center.

1.In Haryana State all times on Polio days programmes all 84 ICTC's and

PPTCT's center counsellors and Lab Tecnitians are on duty of  Polio drops.

2.Basic problems in ICTC center of civil Hospital Gurgao(Haryana)are NO Drinking

water, NO Toilet, NO Benches or chair for patients to sit, NO IEC Material, NO

PPTCT, NO Condom Box,NO Link/ART Center,NO Orw staff of Sacs,NO Computer,

NO Phone/intercom,Small Room,One Counsellor,One Lab Technitian etc,

3.Two Vehicles(Tempo)of HSACS Numbers are-HR26 PA0134,HR55B 7770 situated at

civil Hospital Gurgao. These Vehicles are under HSACS for HIV/AIDS awareness

Campaign. But both Vehicles are stay here for a long time. Hospital staff told

me these Vehicles are run only on papers they never see on roads and any

campaigns.

My Questions are;

1.Why Haryana State Aids Control Staffs are on Duty of Polio Drops ?

2.Why 84 ICTC and PPTCT locked on Polio duty days ?

3.Why Peoples are suffer and waited for HIV reports for four days ?

4.Why Basic problems in all ICTC's ?

5.Why Vehicles of HSACS are not run in field ?

My Humble request to NACO & HSACS officers to take appropriate/neccessary action

as soon as possible.

For any clarification/information feel free to mail/call me.
