Guest guest
Newbie Here ! I have a question on water. What can we use as an inexpensive way to make Alkaline water? Also, we have a distiller which we discontinued since it was made in China and our pH level became so acidic and we also became really ill. I do not trust products from China at all. I thought distilled water is pH balanced? Any good distillers you know of? Any thoughts would be appreciated! thanks, Dean

It's conveniently and cheaply available at my local grocery store for around 79 cents for a two liter bottle. It does contain artificial sweetener, which I imagine someone on list will jump up and point out is really bad for you. But that's my simple answer. I also consume sea salt, which helps with PH balance, and make sure I eat alkaline foods, like corn, watermelon, lettuce, etc. Peace. We do sometimes drink a few ounces of it but we use it more for other things. I used to drink up to 8 ounces at a time (or more) but these days I drink it a lot less often and usually have only an ounce or two, though there are times I consume more than that. I use diet more than anything else for keeping my ph under control. Just trying to give an accurate picture of what we do here. Peace.
