Just wondering if anyone has experienced weird side effects with the ALA. As

discussed, gave dd too much first time, well today she took on her own approx.

125 mg, i'm guessing. She is complaining of a headache, nausea... hard to tell,

because she has such bad expressive language.

Should I be worried? take her to a dr? how long does it wear off. I've tried

to read on the net of side effects without much help.
