Flood situation and the people living with HIV

Dear Forum,

 

Four States are faceing the floods problem from last two weeks.More then

10,00,000lac people now homeless in this heavy rain & flood.More then 200 people

lost there life.

 

Affected States are;

1. Karnataka

2. Maharastra

3. Andhara Pradesh

4. Goa

 

In this flood (4states) definately HIV+ peoples are also affected.

My question is all HIV+ peoples are got first line ART medicines monthly from

there ART clinic. If they defaulter from 1st line reason of flood then who? can

gave him 2nd line treatment.

If 2nd line treatment patient affected by this flood then who? can gave him 3rd

line treatment.In this flood situation definately HIV+ peoples are go for rehab

&  for complete treatment to another states. Every person have a right to live

any where in the country.

 

Questions are;

1. We HIV+ people are responsible for this heavy rain and flood? if NO then

consider this new situation/problem.

2. Why, NACO not give us complete ART treatment?

 

My Humble request to NACO & Health Minister(GOI) and concern officials please

take neccessary action according this flood situation.
