OBITUARY

On behalf of the North East India Harm Reduction Network, NEIHRN, we would like

to express our profound sadness over the untimely demise of our founder

member,on 4th October 2009 at around 6:45 am.

Late Mr Kamad was one of the torch-bearers in the field of drug use and harm

reduction and an ardent activist working for the welfare of people especially

for those impacted by drug use and HIV.

We also share our deepest sorrow and sadness with his bereaved family members.
