Govt.of Delhi had registered as SACS during june 1998 and DSACS funckting from 1st November 1998.From 1998 to 2009 During this period 10 Project Directars will be changed

All Details of Project Directars are according DSACS;

My Question is how DSACS work properly in this situation.DSACS Working days are only five? IAS officers have no knowledge about basic of HIV/AIDS..When they start to learn about the all facts about of HIV/AIDS,ART Treatment,official activities & powers they will be transffered to another place.How we can win the Battle of AIDS?DSACS webside & Linkage book of Telephone Directary is also not updated with complete information.

My request to all concern deppartments please do needful as soon as possible.
