Dear forun,

Same is the situation in Nagpur ICTC and PPTCT .In IGGMC ICTC opened 10.30am

and closed 12.30pm. many times without post couselling report given to the

clients.

lot of time clients had returned without testing due to recurrent strike of

Counseller or not available Kit or frequent leave of staff etc.

Never any home visit was done by couseller. For Follow up counseller are

depended only on ORW.

NGO had complainted to DAPCU , but not taken any action .
