Eligibility criteria for the post of ARTcounselor if the Candidate is PLHIV

Dear sir,

I am a post graduate in biochemistry and being a PLHIV i have applied for the

post of ART counsellor for the NEwly sanctioned ART center at Tadepalligudem

West godavari andhra Pradesh. but my candidature was not accepted saying that i

do not have Masters degree in Psycolog/MSW/ Sociology.

there will be exam on 14th dec 2009 monday.

I am having experience as counselor for Two years in TCC and now i am working as

Capacity building and MIS officer in TNP+ HYD. as per my Knowledge in the

earlier recruitments for the same post PLHIVS having Bachelors degree and

experience in counselling were preferred.

But now the notification give itself is very confusing and is a hurddle for many

eligible cadidates. please take necessary action to do justice to the eligible

candidates.

Mostly the posts are pedecided. There is no transperacy in the recruitments.

The preferential criteria for PLHIVS is only for papers and in all most all

cases it is not practiced

Please take necessary action to do just to the Eligible PLHIVS
