Resarch on transmission of HIV from husbands to their wives

Dear forum members,

Greetings to all for the upcoming X'mass.

We are in the process of developing a concept paper for an action research in

the north-east region of India.

The research will be on issues around the transmission of HIV from husbands to

their wives as a result of non-disclosure of HIV status by the husbands to their

wives.

We believe this will be a very interesting area of study for all of us working

in the issue of HIV and AIDS. We hope the study will also be able to explore and

give us useful insights into the counselling processes (for partner-notification

is a crtical issue in HIV counselling) we are adopting and their effectivenes.

In this regard, we seek for your support in terms of providing us any

information related to the issue which will help us in developing a sound

concept paper.
