It is indeed unimaginable that authorities want to test people compulsorily for

HIV in 2010

Alas ! an NGO working for the same cause recommending that

 

Is this because of IGNORANCE or is it CALLOUSNESS on there part ?

 

High time WE LOBBY AGAINST THIS  DISCRIMINATION

 

 

PS : Todays headline in China Daily says " China ready to end HIV / AIDS entry

ban "  as a prelude to the Shangai Expo
