when HIV + persons marry with non HIV persons without intimating the status

Dear forum,

I am Mr. shaligram, working with HIV positive people since last seven years,

porviding services to the HIV positive people through various types of the care

and support projects and programs.

Recently, the following incident came to our attention.

An 18 years old HIV positive male has married with 15 years old non positive

girl without intimating about his HIV status. The mother of this male is also

HIV positive. Both him and his mother is enrolled in our program since last

three years, all their HIV status reports are also with us.

During one of our feild workers follow up visits to our client, the field worker

came to know this all situation.

This is just one of the example. A number of such cases are with us.

Should we stop this? if 'yes' then how? if 'no' then why?

What is the best course of action in such situations?
