Millions of PLHIV living in the remotest places who have least access

to services are longing for some services from GFATM-4/6 continuation

project (RCC). Yes, I do also agree to our friend Shaligram.

To fight for issue we need resources and we have to fight both. And more than a

decade long efforts of INP+ have created a very good asset that is the

SLNs/DLNs. This credit goes to INP+ unquestioned.

When there is money there is some power and functions added into it.

So, when power and money are in place there starts whims of a few at

the helm. It is pretty sure that it is the right time for all PLHIV

who are players at different levels (DLN/SLN/National) to broaden

perspective and change our attitude before its too late.

The kind divide and rule policy which was inflicted during the British colonial

rule is practice everywhere among innocent people as soon as the evil spirit

enter to the minds of the few helm.

Last but not the least, let money be used as a little tablet that can

heal the huge body and let no money be used for abusing power to

fulfill whims of few individuals or organizations.
