Heartiest congratulations to the KSACS to have initiated this much needed

service.

Other State AIDS Control Societies(SACSs) and SBTCs(State Blood Transfusion

Councils) must faciltate the important activity in the respective areas through

interactive dedicated websites and text messaging facility.

Use of ICT faciltities will go a long way in strengthening the quality of

linkages and services.

Mobile SMS and dedicated portals have been playing a signinficant role in them.
