Now Dr.Ashok can have some idea about the cause of his concerns--Madhuri had the

guts to speak (even if it is after they shut down) which should be taken care of

by appropriate authorities.

NACO/ KSAPS is  not focused about all these issues as of now government is

looking at strenthening goverment hospitals infrastricture and treating  PLHS

through PHCS THCS DHS. So that major cost can be cutdown and awailable resource

can be utilised.

But utilising the Staffs to treat these patient without stigma and

discrimination is matter of question. The incident of HIV/AIDS is decreasing

since 2005 we have other problems like  poverty unemployement illiteracy rural

sanitation and health. Its better, government should concentrate all these 

problems as well.

Dear All,

I do agree with the mails related to CCC, Why it happens? Whether it is fault of

the CCC or SACS/NACO? This CCC is really benefits PLHIV for treament

compliances?

 

Its like different type of marriage some of them are Contract and some are made

heaven and the bondage and feeling of together lost for long.

 

NACO closed DIC in few states, Now it is the time for the CCC, if they are

pressurised by GF they will do what ever they like, for example distribution ot

Early Infant Diagnosis KIT to the ICTC.

We the lay people understand that the pressure from the BMGF-Bill and Melinda

Gates Foundation- Bill Gates statement on Govt Procurement and distribution,

ushered them to distribute the EID kits to ICTC.

 

Even the TI projects are for the TSUs benefit only, not for the HRG.

 

Let us wait and watch, the closing ceremonies! but it is a death knell to NACO

itself.
