Regarding lack of space at BHU ART Centre in Varanasi

Dear forum,

Since BHU ART centre is an excellent centre of the whole eastern

zone, the patients of other states  like Bihar,M.P. etc and the other districts

also comes at B.H.U. ART Centre Varanasi.

Besides of this particular centre for HIV treatment. Everyday 150 to 200

patients comes for their treatment at the B.H.U. ART Centre.

Out of these patients some of the people suffering from

contagious infections such as Tb.

For this reason the possibilities of the infection cause to other people and

few of them be infected with Tb and other infections diseases.

Due to lack of place at B.H.U. ART centre most of the people suffer a lot of

problems. For example - lack of drinking water, sitting space for the waiting

patients and also lack of toilet facilities.

The people here come for their treatment and cure but they carry some of the

other Opportunistic Infection along with them.

Authorities may take steps to move the ART centre to a more spacious palace or

provide additional facilites at the same place.
