Poor Maintenance of GHTM, Chennai

Greetings

I would like to bring to your kind attention about the poor maintenance

facilities prevailing in the Government Hospital for Thoracic Medicine (GHTM),

Tambaram, Chennai.

Two months back during a heavy rainfall, the side walls of the hospital adjacent

to the housing board quarters, collapsed. This is very near to the ART facility

inside the hospital. But till date no action has been taken by the hospital

management to construct the wall or to put some barricade.

Will the hospital management look into the matter seriously and take immediate

action to re-construct the side wall?
