Thanks to Tarit for sharing the information regarding Legal AID Clinics in some

other places.The total number of legal and non legal petition clearly indicates

that there are large number of such cases which needs legal support.

 

Considering the fact and learning from the TNSACS, I would lilke to request to

other State AIDS Control societies to take initiative in setting up of Legal

Clinics.

 

What I marked, the most important line in Tarit's information that number of

cases settled by the counsellor even before taking the legal route. It indicates

that it will be possible to settle more and more cases without entering into the

delayed legal procedure of India.
