Really its a matter of great appreciation that the ICWO has taken the step 

forward to celebrate the V-Day held on 14th Feb for HIV/AIDS couple is a

justified step in the society to reduce the stigma and discrimination.

This is a glorious step in the Indian contex.

As a social worker in the HIV/AIDS sector specially with the HIV Positive

Network in Westrn Orissa, I am sure that it will definitely give courage to the

community people.
