Guest guest
Dear all I want to bring to your all notice some very interesting facts and figures what happened at Bihar State AIDS Control Society in some recent past related with the appointments for NACP III posts. An advertisement to this effect appeared in the newspaper on 14th September, 2009, stating the educational and work experiences for each posts. The appointments conducted for two senior positions, namely that of Joint Director T.I. and Deputy Director Community Care Centre are how bogus and full of irregularities is evident by this example. The persons selected (Mr. Pankaj Priya Chaubey for JD T.I. and Ms. Ranjana Sinha for Deputy Director: Community Care Centre) are having the qualifications of MBA and P.G. in Geography respectively without having a single day previous work experience in HIV field. None of these qualifications appeared in the newspaper as essential qualifications. They even don't deserve to get shortlisted for interview. However, the Selection Board is always right. The selection Board consisted of Project Director as the Chairman consisting of members from NACO and Unicef. Dr. Khera represented NACO. It is simply a paradox that people sitting at the policy making places themselves forget what is right and what is wrong. How makes the advertisement and for what? This is simply a shame for BSACS for their deeds. Is this a proper move from BSACS to ignore the application of those candidates who deserve this post and have ample work experience in HIV field?. Please, it is YOU who should decide it. If things will continue in this manner then who will take the responsibility of sabotaging this grand programme. It is only the system who is responsible for this mess. Pl. send your opinion.
