To,The DG NACO,36, Janpath Road,New Delhi, Subject;- Prayer for revision of Pay structure.Respected Sir/Madam,Greetings,We have 7 ommunity care Co-coordinator in 7 ARD center in West Bengal. That is a good initiative by you and WBSACS on yearly contractual basis at a monthly salary of Rs.3000/- wit annual increament of Rs.400/-,which is very nominal to their daily linelihood,because most of them are:-Are on regular of ARD.Oftenly they are buying OI drugs(which is not available in the Hospital) for their OI management from local drug shop.Very far from their residence to ARD centre,some time 4 to 5 hours journey and also some time they are hiring

rented house near to the ARD centre,which is unbearable within this salary.Most of the days they are escaping their launch and dinner with their families due to lack of money. That way their nutration level getting lower day by day which is not good for their health.The pay structure of community care coordinatore has never been revised where there are some revision have made in case of salary of other staffs of those ARD centre.Please increase their salary,so that they can get nutritional food and live long with good health and wit dignity because every person has that right.Regards,Tarit Chakraborty.E-Mail-tarit34@...//tarit34@....Phone-09836813069 .
